3月 (B16日(土)に、旅団プロデュースの秋葉原モンパ ルナス内の
［龍神庵 Vol,2］が行われました。 On March 16 (Sat.,) the Ryodan produced Montparnasse group critique Ryujinan #2 was held.

旅団の朝倉景龍さんも早めに会場入りし、会場のセッティングに余念がありません。
Ryodan member Keiryu Asakura arrived early to set up the space.

いよいよ龍神庵開催。最初に一同起立し、国家斉唱致します。 これぞ旅団イズム。
To mark the event opening, they all rose to their feet and sang the national anthem. That's the Ryodan style.

そして、団長 石井七歩さんより、最初にご挨拶と会の主旨の説明。
今回の龍神庵では、旅団の［団長就任式］が執り行なわれました。
今回より、石井さんが団長職を譲り、新しく旅団の［代表］となり、
また、旅団は２つのチームに分化するとのこと。
その２つの旅団の団長に、

　・戦闘系 旅団⇒朝倉景龍さん
　・アーティストギルド 旅団⇒澁澤光祐さん

の2人が任命され、就任式では新団長2人より、決意表明のコメントが発表されました。
Naho Ishii, the new Ryodan chief (Daihyo) breaks the ice and gives the event overview. The 2nd holding of Ryujinan features an inauguration ceremony of two newly appointed team managers.
With ex-team manager (Dancho) Ishii being promoted as the chief, the organization is now divided into two separate teams lead by
　　　- Keiryu Asakura (Sento-kei "combat team" Ryodan)
　　　- Kousuke Shibusawa (Artists Guild Ryodan)
respectively.

団長就任にあたってのコメントを貰います。
Shibusawa delivered an inaugural speech where he introduced the newly born Artists Guild Ryodan then shared his hopes and plans as the manager.

そして戦闘系 新団長　朝倉団長より、男気溢れる、熱い決意表明を
発表してもらいます。
While Asakura passionately shared his resolution as the new manager of the Sento-kei (combat) Ryodan.

ここで一斉に乾杯…となる所でサプライズ、
新代表 石井代表の22才の誕生日。サプライズのバースデーケーキが送られます。
そして戦闘系 新団長 朝倉団長より、男気溢れる熱い決意表明を発表してもらいます。
Then we moved on to "Kanpai"… no wait…
A birthday surprise cake for the new chief who turned 22 years old today!

改めて一斉に乾杯! Now Kanpai everyone!

以降は懇親会の飲み会へと移行。
旅団メンバーの身内話から、作品制作の話や芸術談義が続き、大いに盛り上がりました。
組織としてどんどん拡充して行く新生・旅団に、これからも是非ご期待下さい。
来月も龍神庵は行われます。
皆さん是非一度足を運んでみては如何でしょうか？
We mingled over drinks, and had a lot of fun talking about everything - from intimate stories of Ryodan members to their works, and art in general.
Please keep your eye on the brand-new Ryodan that will just keep on growing.
We have Ryujinan#3 planned for next month.
